Entries
Award Entries and Submitted Materials
Entrants and their representatives are responsible for the accuracy, legality, originality, permissions, and completeness of all submitted information, files, claims, images, product details, campaign materials, descriptions, credentials, and supporting evidence.
- Submission does not guarantee nomination, winning status, publication, media coverage, ceremony access, voting placement, or commercial outcome.
- IBA may request additional information, clarification, proof of authorization, or supporting material before processing, publishing, evaluating, or recognizing an entry.
- IBA may decline, remove, correct, suspend, or disqualify entries that appear inaccurate, inappropriate, misleading, duplicated, unauthorized, unlawful, or inconsistent with award standards.
- Submitted materials may be used for administration, evaluation, nominee and winner profiles, public records, media, certificates, badges, winner packages, nominee deliverables, and related award communications where appropriate.
Fees and Payments
Fees, Packages, Tickets, and Payment Terms
Entry fees, nominee packs, winner packages, ceremony tickets, sponsorship, media services, custom campaigns, profile enhancements, certificates, badges, or other paid services may be subject to separate prices, invoices, payment deadlines, taxes, currency rules, and confirmation procedures.
- All prices, availability, and deliverables may vary by award year, category, region, package level, publication schedule, event format, or operational capacity.
- Payments may be non-refundable once processing, review, administration, asset preparation, ticket allocation, custom work, or service delivery has begun, unless otherwise stated in writing.

- Any bank charges, currency conversion fees, taxes, payment platform fees, or local duties may be the responsibility of the payer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Evaluation
Review, Evaluation, and Award Decisions
IBA may use internal teams, reviewers, judges, advisors, editorial reviewers, voting mechanisms, category frameworks, or administrative checks to support award decisions and official records.
- Evaluation methods, criteria, scoring, reviewer composition, judging process, voting availability, and publication schedules may vary by category, year, region, or programme.
- IBA award decisions, nominee selections, winner records, certificate references, publication order, and archive status are administered at IBA's discretion unless specific written rules state otherwise.
- IBA is not required to disclose confidential scoring, internal deliberations, judge notes, administrative checks, or proprietary evaluation methods.
- IBA may correct clerical errors, update records, revise category placement, merge duplicate records, remove ineligible entries, or amend public information where appropriate.
Recognition
Nominee, Winner, and Certificate Records
Nominee and winner status must be communicated accurately and within its proper scope. Public references should identify the award name, category, year, and recognized recipient where appropriate.
- Nominee status must not be presented as winner status.
- Winner status applies only to the specific recipient, entry, category, year, title, and award record granted by IBA.
- Certificate verification confirms selected record information where available. It does not imply regulatory approval, product efficacy, professional licensing, medical outcome, investment value, commercial performance, or universal superiority.
- IBA may correct, suspend, revoke, remove, or annotate records where information is inaccurate, unauthorized, fraudulent, unlawful, misleading, or contrary to award integrity.
Official Assets
Badges, Certificates, Profiles, and Winner Packages
IBA badges, certificates, winner marks, nominee marks, profile pages, award copy, social media assets, press templates, event images, media features, and other official materials are subject to usage guidelines and authorization.
- Official marks may be used only by authorized recipients and only for the relevant year, category, title, recipient, and scope of recognition.
- IBA marks, certificates, wording, and visual assets must not be altered, distorted, recolored, misrepresented, extended to unrelated products, or used in a way that overstates recognition.
- Downloads, file delivery, profile publication, certificate access, ceremony assets, media features, and winner packages may be restricted to approved recipients or representatives.
- IBA may request removal or correction of unauthorized, inaccurate, expired, misleading, or improper use of IBA recognition or assets.
Voting
Voting and Public Participation
Where voting is available, voting access, nominee visibility, voting categories, eligibility, vote counting, voting periods, and anti-abuse measures may vary by award year, category, region, and programme.
- IBA may require account registration, email verification, eligibility checks, rate limits, fraud screening, or additional controls for voting integrity.
- IBA may invalidate, restrict, remove, or review votes that appear automated, duplicated, fraudulent, manipulated, purchased, coerced, technically abusive, or contrary to voting rules.
- Public voting may be one factor in an award process and does not necessarily determine final winner status unless expressly stated in the relevant rules.
- Nominees and representatives must not mislead the public about voting rules, winner status, vote impact, or IBA endorsement.
Ceremony and Media
Ceremony, Tickets, Sponsorship, and Media Access
Ceremony attendance, tickets, seating, guest access, media accreditation, photography, video, interviews, sponsor visibility, host city cooperation, and event benefits are subject to availability, confirmation, and separate event rules.
- Tickets, invitations, VIP access, table allocations, media passes, and sponsor benefits are not guaranteed until confirmed in writing by IBA.
- IBA may change venue, format, date, schedule, programme, access rules, guest requirements, media arrangements, or ceremony benefits where operationally necessary.
- Event attendees may be photographed, filmed, interviewed, or included in official ceremony media, subject to applicable event notices and permissions.
- Media and sponsor materials must comply with IBA brand, recognition, and accuracy guidelines.
Intellectual Property
IBA Content and Submitted Content
IBA names, marks, logos, badges, certificates, website design, text, award names, category frameworks, visual systems, databases, archive records, and official materials are owned by or licensed to IBA unless otherwise stated.
- You must not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, sell, license, or exploit IBA intellectual property without written permission.

- You grant IBA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use submitted materials for administration, evaluation, nominee and winner records, media, ceremony, archive, public communication, and promotional purposes connected to IBA.
- IBA may edit or format submitted text, images, and materials for clarity, layout, style consistency, translation, publication, or technical requirements without changing the core meaning where reasonably possible.
Publicity
Publication and Publicity
IBA may publish approved information about entrants, nominees, winners, partners, sponsors, ceremony participants, media features, and award records on IBA websites, social channels, press materials, event materials, galleries, videos, and archives.
Public records may remain available for historical, institutional, verification, or archive purposes. Where a correction is required, IBA may update the record rather than remove the record entirely.

Third-Party Services and Links
IBA websites or services may link to or integrate third-party websites, payment providers, analytics tools, social platforms, video embeds, cloud storage, ticketing systems, event providers, CRM tools, or media partners.
IBA is not responsible for third-party websites, policies, content, services, delays, errors, security, or processing practices. Your use of third-party services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.
Disclaimers

IBA's total liability, where liability cannot be excluded, may be limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless a different mandatory legal rule applies.

Suspension, Refusal, and Termination
IBA may refuse, suspend, restrict, remove, terminate, or modify access to services, entries, records, assets, voting, event participation, or publication where necessary to protect legal compliance, operational integrity, security, public trust, award credibility, or other participants.
Law
Governing Law and Disputes
These terms should be interpreted according to the governing law and dispute process specified by IBA for the relevant website, entry form, contract, invoice, event, or service.
