Accessibility is reviewed as part of design, content and release checks.
Measures in place
Pages use semantic headings, keyboard-operable navigation, visible focus, labelled fields, text alternatives, restrained motion and responsive layouts. Core information remains available without relying on colour alone.
Known limitations
Some evidence supplied by entrants may not be fully accessible because IBA does not control the source format. A plain-language explanation or accessible alternative may be requested for material necessary to use the service.
Report a barrier
Use the contact page and select Accessibility. Include the page address, the control or content affected, the device or assistive technology used and the format that would allow access.
Review
Accessibility reports are recorded, prioritised according to impact and checked after correction. Material changes to navigation, forms and legal information are included in release review.
