Operator and status

The programme is organised by the European Beauty Federation (EUBF), a Swiss-registered association identified by UID CHE-334.396.128, Rue Adhémar-FABRI 2, 1201 Genève, Switzerland.

International Beauty Awards™ is an international honours programme. A listing, certificate or award decision is limited to the named subject, award and distinction recorded; it is not a government licence, regulatory approval, product certification or substitute for a professional qualification.

Permitted use

Visitors may read, link to and make reasonable personal or professional reference to public pages. Automated extraction, security testing without authority, impersonation, deceptive use of records and interference with forms or infrastructure are prohibited.

Accuracy and public records

Reasonable care is taken to maintain the published framework and register. Entrants remain responsible for the accuracy, authority and lawfulness of information they submit. A public record should be checked by reference number and scope rather than inferred from a logo or screenshot.

Intellectual property

The IBA name, marks, page design and original editorial material are protected. Third-party names, images and submitted works remain subject to their respective rights. Receipt of material does not transfer ownership to IBA or EUBF. Award marks may be used only under the Brand Guide and for an active, correctly described record.

Availability and external services

The service may be maintained, protected or changed where necessary. External websites and technical providers operate under their own terms. Links are supplied for reference and do not by themselves indicate endorsement.
