International Beauty Awards™ operates two official announcement cycles each year, allowing beauty professionals, brands, products, salons, centers, manufacturers, supply chain companies, and industry service organizations to enter through a structured annual calendar.

Authorized regional representatives may organize ceremonies, recognition dinners, or presentation events after official results are announced by IBA.
Official Dates
IBA publishes two official recognition result announcements each year. Each cycle supports entry handling, category alignment, review preparation, result wording, certificate reference preparation, registry preparation, and award mark guidance where applicable.
The first official IBA recognition announcement of the year. This cycle is designed for entries completed during the first annual entry period and prepared for mid-year publication.
The final official IBA recognition announcement of the year. This cycle is designed for entries completed during the second annual entry period and may be followed by regional recognition ceremonies in the following calendar quarter.
Entries received after a cycle's administrative deadline may be assigned to the next available recognition announcement.

Applicants choose the recognition field, not the award level. Select the field that matches the primary subject before preparing the entry record.

From Entry to Announcement
The annual calendar keeps entry handling, review preparation, result publication, registry release, and post-announcement activity in a formal sequence.
Applicants submit one or more entries online. Each entry should have one primary subject of recognition.
IBA confirms administrative handling and entry fee requirements according to the submitted entry route.
IBA reviews whether the submitted entry record contains sufficient information for preparation.
IBA confirms the entry is placed in the most appropriate recognition field.
The entry is considered through IBA's structured honor-based review framework.
IBA prepares recognition level wording, certificate reference, and public record information where applicable.
Results are published on the IBA website on June 15 or December 15.

Regional Ceremonies
IBA results are issued through the official IBA review framework and announced on the International Beauty Awards™ website. After each official announcement, authorized regional representatives may organize regional recognition ceremonies, presentation dinners, private award events, or media moments to celebrate recognized entries within their market.
Regional events are ceremonial and representational in nature. They do not replace the IBA review process, do not determine award results, and do not alter the recognition level issued by IBA.
Only entries officially announced or confirmed by IBA may be presented at an authorized regional ceremony.
