Individual beauty professionals
For founders, educators, artists, consultants, stylists, therapists, trainers, and industry contributors.
Entry Fees
Clear entry-based fees for beauty professionals, brands, products, salons, centers, manufacturers, supply chain companies, and industry service organizations.
IBA charges per submitted entry. Each entry means one subject of recognition, one recognition field, one independent review, and one result determined by IBA.
Published Entry Fees
Each submitted subject is treated as one independent entry. The entry fee covers administrative handling, entry record preparation, category alignment, review coordination, result documentation, and official recognition asset preparation where applicable.
For founders, educators, artists, consultants, stylists, therapists, trainers, and industry contributors.
For skincare, cosmetics, fragrance, haircare, spa, beauty device, salon, and professional-line brands.
For a specific product, device, tool, treatment product, or beauty innovation submitted as one entry.
For salons, spas, skin care centers, aesthetic clinics, nail studios, lash studios, and hair salons.
For factories, OEM/ODM companies, ingredient suppliers, packaging providers, equipment companies, and logistics partners.
For training, consulting, marketing, PR, media, SaaS, events, design, talent, operations, commerce, and growth services.
Each entry is reviewed independently. A result issued to one entry does not automatically apply to another entry.

Multiple Entry Reductions
IBA recognizes that a founder, brand, product, and salon can be different subjects of recognition. They should be submitted separately when each subject requires independent review.
| Number of Entries | Fee Logic |
|---|---|
| 1 Entry | Standard listed fee |
| 2 Entries | 10% reduction on total entry fees |
| 3 Entries | 15% reduction on total entry fees |
| 4-5 Entries | 20% reduction on total entry fees |
| 6+ Entries | Custom institutional invoice |
Example Scenarios
The examples below show how independent entries are calculated before and after multi-entry reductions.
What Fees Cover
The entry fee supports the review administration process and the official record preparation where applicable. It supports the process, not the outcome.
What Fees Do Not Cover
Payment is administrative. It does not decide the final result and does not convert IBA recognition into product testing, regulatory approval, clinical validation, or professional licensing.
Optional Post-Recognition Services
Optional services do not influence the review result and may only be requested after the official result has been issued where applicable.
Payment & Invoice
IBA may issue an invoice or payment instruction according to the applicant's entry route, region, and award edition. Entry handling proceeds according to IBA administrative confirmation.
Responsible Fee Statement
IBA entry fees support administrative handling, entry record preparation, category alignment, review coordination, result documentation, and official recognition asset preparation where applicable.
Payment does not guarantee Nominee, Gold Award, or Grand Gold Award status. IBA determines the final distinction through its review process.
