One entry should have one primary subject of recognition.

Submit the Achievement. Let IBA Determine the Distinction.
International Beauty Awards™ offers an online-first entry process for beauty professionals, brands, products, salons, centers, manufacturers, supply chain organizations, and beauty industry service providers.
Choose the recognition field. Present the entry record. Receive the outcome determined through IBA review.
To enter International Beauty Awards™ (IBA), applicants select one recognition field, prepare an online entry record, submit supporting materials, and complete the entry process. IBA reviews each entry independently and determines the final distinction level: Nominee, Gold Award, or Grand Gold Award. IBA is an honor-based recognition framework and does not constitute laboratory testing, regulatory approval, clinical validation, medical endorsement, professional licensing, or legal compliance certification.
The Entry Principle
Applicants Choose the Field, Not the Award Level
IBA keeps the entry process simple. Applicants do not apply for Gold Award or Grand Gold Award directly. Each applicant selects the recognition field that best matches the subject of recognition.
IBA then reviews the entry within that field and determines the final result: Nominee, Gold Award, or Grand Gold Award.
Select the Subject
Choose whether the entry is a person, brand, product, salon, center, manufacturer, supply chain company, or industry service organization.
Choose the Field
Select one of the six IBA recognition fields that best fits the subject.
Receive the Result
IBA determines the final distinction level after review.
Online-First Entry
A Refined Digital Dossier, Built for Efficient Review
IBA is designed as an online-first recognition process. Applicants submit profile information, visual materials, public references, supporting documents, and a statement of merit through a structured entry record.
Routine physical sample shipment is not required for the IBA honor review process. For product entries, applicants may provide product visuals, descriptions, official links, public materials, product claims as presented by the applicant, and other supporting references.
IBA does not perform laboratory testing, clinical validation, regulatory assessment, or product efficacy certification.
Entry Flow
From Application to Official Recognition
Each entry moves through a structured path: field selection, digital record preparation, category alignment, professional review, result classification, and official record handling where applicable.
Select the Recognition Field
Choose one of the six IBA fields. If one applicant has multiple subjects to recognize, submit them as separate entries.
Prepare the Entry Record
Gather the official name, description, images, links, background information, and supporting materials.

Entry Field Check
What Are You Submitting?
Select the field that best describes the primary subject of recognition. The guidance below helps applicants prepare materials with the right category context.
Beauty Professionals
Use this field when the entry is an individual: founder, educator, expert, artist, consultant, creator, stylist, therapist, trainer, or industry contributor.
Multiple Entries
One Applicant May Submit More Than One Entry
IBA recognizes that beauty businesses often have multiple identities. A founder may be submitted as a Beauty Professional. The founder's brand may be submitted under Beauty Brands. A hero product may be submitted under Beauty Products. A flagship salon may be submitted under Beauty Salons & Centers.
Each entry should be prepared separately when the subject of recognition is different.
